Strangford Arms Hotel

The staff on front desk were fantastic and I am extremely sorry but I forget their names, firstly I needed to change my room to a twin and it wouldn't allow me to on booking.com and the front desk guy did it for me over the phone. Then upon checkout at 5am (to catch an early flight) I realised I left my sunglasses in the room. I called and they found them and within 24hrs they had posted them back to me. My father and I had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and extremely good value for money, we had 2 steak dinners with sides and wine and throughly enjoyed it.

Great hotel, staff are amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Room was spotless, great size, bed was so comfy. Highly recommend for a date night get away, restaurant and bar is fabulous. Breakfast was lovely, fresh produce, good selection of fruit, toast, cereals and yogurts. Aswell as a cooked breakfast. The young lady on reception was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much for her. Will definitely be back soon.

Hotel is cozy and well maintained. My room was very spacious for just myself, having a king size and a smaller bed as well. Had a good night sleep with no distractions, so if you are skeptical about it being near the road, do not worry. Breakfast was nice, though I wish there would be some more options on the menu. Great dinner on my second day of stay, and the staff is very friendly and chatty.

The room was very clean, and contained all the facilities you come to expect. However, Booking.com stated there was a view, which was the car park, and bins, which could only be viewed once the window was open due to the window being fully frosted.

Clean comfy room. Friendly helpful staff. Onsite parking.
